Please enable javascript and cookies by following the instructions for Internet Explorer 4.x:
1) Pull down the View menu
2) Click on Internet Options
3) Click on the Advanced tab
4) Scroll down to Cookies.
5) Check the Always Accept Cookies radio button.
6) Click on OK.
